* How to get the machine's samples and catalog?

If you are interested in our products and need our printing samples and catalog. After receiving your company's address,there are the following three ways:

(1) Provide your express account, we will send out within 3 days, you will receive in a wee!

(2) By Paypal, 30USD for the courier cost, we use our express account to send you samples. You will receive within a week .

(3)Sent free of charge through our post office. You will receive it in a month.

* How long is the machine's warranty?

Our company provides one year warranty service for the whole machine. Some parts warranty time, you can refer to parts warranty schedule.

Note: (1) All the print head involved in the machine, we only guarantee that the heads are brand new.

(2) If it is damaged by yourself, it doesn’t belong to the warranty.

* During the warranty period, the machine has a problem, what should I do?

During the warranty period, if there is a problem with the machine, our international technical engineer will confirm the problem by e-mail or We chat and provide the result of the investigation and testing.

When the engineer confirms the problem, the international sales staff will contact you. 

General problems are divided into the following three situations:

(1) Damaged Parts on the machine belong to the warranty range, you need to return the parts to factory for repair. Sales staff will give you the address and contact ways, after receiving the parts, we will delivery the repaired parts back to you in time.

(2) Damaged parts on the machine, are non-warranty, you need to return the parts to factory for repair.Sales staff will tell you the price of repair costs, when you agreed and returned the parts after the address and contact given, after receiving the parts, we will delivery the repaired parts back to you in time.

(3) Damaged parts on the machine, are non-warranty, you need to re-purchase. Sales staff will be give you the price of parts, if you agreed, we will arrange the shipment after payment.

* Exceed the warranty time of the machine, when the machine has a problem, how to operate?

* What's the requirement on the computer where the software is installed?

For installing RIP software computer, the related configuration is as follows:

* How can I place an order if I want to buy your product?

When you want to buy our company's products, you can contact your sales staff, or direct mail to: info@addtop.cn, once we received your e-mail, our sales staff will contact you about the relevant order matters.

* Are you a manufacturing factory?

Yes, we are the manufacturing factory, located in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, only 100 kilometers away from Shanghai.

* What is the voltage of your printer? What is the frequency?

Our printer's operating voltage is 200 ~ 250V, 110V is optional. The frequency is 50 / 60Hz.

* Why DX10 print head is so cheap? What is the difference between this one and DX5 / DX7 head?

DX10 print head is our latest research and development project,brought into the market for more than 3 years.

Because the head retention in the market is relatively high, and it does not belong to Epson's  technology, so the price has some advantages.

Compared with the DX5 / DX7 , the DX10 print head has 6-color with 180x6 = 1080 nozzles, but the DX5 / DX7 head has 4-color / 8-color with 180x8 = 1440 nozzles.

* Do I need to buy a voltage regulator?How about the power?

If your equipment is in a large industrial area or where the power supply is not stable, UPS regulator is recommended.

Equipment power should be 3KW or 5KW, the details you can consult our sales or technical staff.

* ECO solvent printers and inkjet printers, which is better?

About the ECO solvent printer and inkjet printer, it mainly depends on your needs. But there are some advantages and disadvantages as following you can reference and contrast!

(1) print quality: ECO solvent printer’s quality is better;

(2) Print speed: In general, inkjet printer is faster than ECO solvent printer;

(3) printing costs: inkjet printer ink is cheaper;

(4) Environmental Protection: ECO solvent ink has less harm to the human body

(5) print head life: inkjet printer is using industrial print head, this head cost more expensive, the service life is about 3-5 years, but ECO solvent printer use Epson use print head, the cost is cheap, service life is about 1- 2 years;

* Do you have a jet machine? For heat transfer film printing, do you have a perfect solution?

Hello, our company does not have a jet machine. Currently, the world's best jet machine, we recommend Japan's Roland.

About Transfer printing film, our company has a complete solution!

The entire program design needs three machines: RE0601 color spray film printer, CT610 cutting plotter and HT4060 flat-panel stamping machine.

A single device can produce 300 pieces (A4 size pattern as an example).

The overall program equipment investment is relatively small, easy to operate, you will recover the cost in 3 months.

At the same time, for T-shirt digital printing, we have sublimation stamping program, direct coating solution, and silk screen printing + direct paint injection program.

*Difference between chemical fiber fabric transfer printing and direct printing? Which way is better?

About this, not only based on the characteristics of the fabric, but also distinguish use of fabric environment, the most suitable way is the best.

In general, transfer printing is mainly used for chemical fiber fabrics, no coating treatment, mainly for garment production.

The sublimation printing needs to coat in advance, mainly for advertising banners, advertising background, light boxes.

* What are the advantages of UV printing compared to ECO printing?

Before introducing the benefits of UV printing, we need to introduce the ink of UV printing and ECO printing.

UV ink will directly attached on the material surface after light irradiation.

However, ECO inks are eroded by the consumable surface or combined with the coating on the consumable surface.

So compared with ECO printing, UV printing have the following advantages:

(1) UV printing, the stronger adhesion of the material medium, a wider range of material use.

(2) ink is accumulated in the surface of the material, so the screen has a bumpy feeling;

(3) UV printing is the accumulation of ink in the material surface, more suitable for the light box screen;

(4) UV printing use direct curing by UV lamp, so there is no drying problem;

(5) UV printing is direct curing by UV lamp, there is no proliferation of ink or halo.

* UV printer, is it possible to print anything ?

UV printer, the ink through the UV light curing, ink adhesion is much higher than other inks, so media more adaptable.

However, there are many materials are relatively poor of adhesion,so it needs to use the coating solution to increase the adhesion of ink and materials.These material includes: metal, glass, ceramics, PP plastics.

*About ink, can I buy ink from another suppliers?

With regard to inks, we advise customers to purchase the complementary ink supplied by ADDTOP .For two reasons:

(1) The matching ink provided by the factory is tested  for many years to ensure the stability of the ink quality .

(2) The ICC curves supplied to the customer are all made of our matching inks. Customers use our inks and curves to get a better print result in terms of color.

 What about the package of inks? Bottled or bagged? What is the amount of ink in each box?

The ink provided by our company is divided into two kinds: bottled and bagged. The ink is packed in 1L .

In general, standard ink packaging is 12L / box.

* About the color of the ink, how to choose?

For customers who have just bought a machine, we generally recommend to buy ink according to the following rate:

 red 35%, yellow 35%, blue 20%, black 10%.

Of course, because the color of the output screen is different, it can also be adjusted according to the color of the screen.

* Our company's research and development capabilities?

Our company has a professional R & D team, responsible for the factory product and ODM, OEM research and development.

(1) professional structural engineers,

(2) professional appearance engineer;

(3) professional test engineer;

(4) professional program engineer.

How do you control the quality of your products?

Different departments,different persons,test accessories, semi-finished products.Specific practices are as follows:

(1) After the purchased products arrives, QC will test the purchased products, passed the inspection, and count and stock them;

(2) Auxiliary line assembly shop, sub-line QC will inspect the accessories,if qualified, arrange the assembly;

(3) After the assembly is completed,QC will inspect the semi-finished products sent, pass the inspection,

(4) machine assembly shop,QC will test the parts from semi-finished products workshop s, test qualified, arranged assembly.

(5) completed assembly ,QC will test finished printing, inspection qualified,then send into the packing area.

(6) The production department will test all the printed samples and keep the printed samples for further verification.

* What about productive of your company?

The factory currently has more than 30 production management persons, the monthly output is about 100 units equipment, the total annual export volume of nearly 1,000 units.

* About environmental protection, what have you done for that?

In equipment manufacture, the company machines are assembled from aluminum alloy and recyclable plastic parts that can be completely recycled even after years of inoperable use;

Internal management, we use advanced management software, paperless office to reduce the impact on the environment.

* Does your company and your product have those product certifications?

So far, the company's products have won the EU CE certification, certification includes MC mechanical structure testing, LVD voltage testing, EMC test.

* Which markets do your company's products sell to?

At present, our company's products are mainly sold in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa.

In terms of market share, Europe accounted for 31%, Asia 25%, Americas 24%, Africa 20%

* Does your company have agents in those countries?

So far, we have set up agents in Italy, Poland, Ukraine and Russia in Europe, as well as agents in America, Brazil, Mexico and Ecuador in the Americas, Korea, the Philippines, India and the United Arab Emirates in Asia Agents, agents in Africa in South Africa, Algeria, Nigeria, Tunisia and other agents.

* How to become your agent?
